As a Full Service System Integrator, PCI has assembled an exceptional team of experienced and dedicated professionals.

Our staff includes licensed engineers, certified programmers, IT network specialists, ISA certified technicians, nuclear certified technicians, and licensed electricians.

Our services range from project management, engineering and design, to programming, instrumentation, calibration, control panel fabrication, and complete turnkey control systems. PCI has long term preventive maintenance contracts for multiple instrumentation and control systems.

PCI has offices in Detroit, Chicago and Pittsburgh, with satellite offices in Baltimore and Indianapolis.

Engineering & Design

PCI has designed or engineered several large and small process control and SCADA Systems. The largest system had 12,000 I/O points. We develop facility plans, configuration drawings, I/O lists, specify instrumentation for all our projects.

Project Management

Our team has a number of members with extensive experience in managing large industrial control projects.

PCI brings the best skill, knowledge and experience to determine and implement the exact needs of the client. For some clients, we become their trusted adviser and a source of guidance over the long term that is only a phone call away.Throughout any engagement PCI makes use of advanced reporting and analysis tools to work alongside city engineers, public works directors, utility managers, or other management personnel to ensure the right information at the right time to make decisions.

Our team has extensive experience with several Control System platforms including Emerson Ovation, Wonderware, Intellution, and all major manufacturers PLC’s.

System Integration

PCI has integrated systems for Emerson Ovation, Allen Bradley - PLC, Bailey Controls, Bristol Controls, Siemens PLC, Foxboro  and Honeywell DCS, and Variable Frequency Drive Controls.

Instrumentation

PCI employs Nuclear Certified technicans, ISA Certified Level I, II, III Technicians, as well as Process Control Engineers. This enables us to address all instrumentation and calibration needs of existing equipment.

Maintenance

PCI has long term maintenance contracts with multiple clients. We utilize in house engineers, programmers and ISA/Nuclear certified technicans to:

Wireless Communication

PCI has designed, Engineered, installed and currently maintains several large 900 Mhz Systems. We have written proprietary code to bridge the gap between non-compatible systems.

We build UL listed RTU's for our clients in our panel shop.

Panel Building

PCI maintains its own full service panel shop. We also design, build, and tests panels to meet your individual requirements in compliance with NEC and UL listing.
