PCI is providing Design and Build Services for the Operator Interface Computer Equipment and Software Development at SW548 Southwest Water Treatment Plant Waste Washwater and Sludge Treatment Facility.
Our responsible includes the development of the system control narrative that describes the functionality of the designed control system.
In addition PCI will work with DWSD PNSS Group to develop The Department Wide PLC Standards. We will work in conjunction with DWSD to provide the Programming, Graphics Development, and Reports Development. This involves various graphics, control logics and report development workshops. Our programming will include PLC, HMI, Graphic Screen Development, Software Configuration, Reporting and System Integration. Upon completion of the programming PCI will provide factory acceptance and site acceptance tests.
We will provide the training for Control Systems Maintenance, Operators, HMI Programmers and PLC Programmers.
